Introducing Patient Access
We've been working hard behind the scenes, adding some exciting new features to Patient Access and making it easier for you to use.
Our aim remains the same: to help you take control of your healthcare. Once you have registered and downloaded the App, you will be able to;
Book GP Appointments Online
Make a booking at a time that suits you from home, work or when you are out and about. Please note that blood tests can only be taken in MORNING appointments up to 12.30PM
Order Repeat Prescriptions Online
Request repeat prescriptions online, your prescription will be ready for collection from the surgery in 48 hours. (Jersey Pharmacies cannot receive electronic prescriptions)
Access Medical Records
NOT YET AVAILABLE: Patient Access gives you remote access to any recent blood tests. We are just waiting for the Hospital to transfer over to an electronic system.

If you wish to join this new service, please download the Patient Access APP from Apple or Google Play Stores. Then fill in the application form, which you can download or print off from the link below
Once filled in, please return it via email to lidomedicalpractice@lmp.gpnet.je
If you do not want to send it via email, you can always post it or drop it at reception.
When we have received your form, we will email you a link code to enable you to link your App to our surgery.
